Amy Kemp (Wendy Benson-Landes) is the main villainess from "Til Death Do Us Part," episode 4.11 of Castle (airdate January 9, 2012). She is the COO of the KPW mining corporation.

Amy was also one of a long list of women who hooked up with Michael Bailey (aka Jake Hendricks), who was engaged in corporate espionage. One of the other women Michael slept with was Lisa Hill, doing so to acquire corporate secrets about KPW, who is represented by Lisa's husband, Ron. As for Amy, she found out about Michael's mission (which was done under the orders of Global 12 boss Seth Harris), and in their latest encounter, Amy killed Michael with a lethal dose of coltrazine, which she slipped into his protein shake.

Amy was briefly encountered by Kate Beckett early in the episode, as she gave a statement about a woman attempting to break-in to Michael's office, but it was after a photo of Amy with Michael at the loft was shown that she was revealed as the villainess behind his murder. Beckett and Castle returned to Global 12, with the former informing Amy that she was under arrest for Michael's murder. In response, the evil Amy stood up and informed Seth that it was a pleasure doing business with him, and according to Castle, Amy stated that killing Michael was "just business," and she did it to protect KPW's corporate secrets.
