Cecilia Harris is the main villainess of the Black Veil Brides' music video for Wake Up (release date January 12, 2018). She was the President of the United Global Alliance, and the video opened with her giving a televised announcement to the public.
During her announcement, Cecilia stated that a "rebel" known as "The Prophet" (the alter-ego of the band's founder and lead vocalist, Andy Biersack) had been apprehended and would soon face justice. It was then that Cecilia revealed herself as an evil tyrant, saying that The Prophet's capture should serve as a warning to "every man, woman, and child" who was considering following his path, proclaiming that diversity of thought would not be tolerated and that the government's truth was the only truth.
As The Prophet was led to his execution, however, a female Rebel hacker began working to infiltrate the Lightmind Control Program, a government program capable of controlling all of its' citizens. The hacker was able to deactivate the program just as government agents came to arrest her, freeing them and everyone else from the government's control. The Prophet's execution was halted and the citizens turned against President Harris, with one of the final scenes of the video showing Cecilia being arrested and dragged from her office.
