Arianna Carlin (Emma Samms) is a villainess from Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. She appeared as the lead villainess in "Madame Ex," the Season Two opener (airdate September 18, 1994).
Seeking revenge for the death of her ex-husband, Lex Luthor, Arianna takes a woman who was in an auto accident and has her undergo plastic surgery to look exactly like Lois Lane. After killing the surgeon who worked on her, Arianna sends her out to slander Superman's good name in public. All the while, Arianna lands a job at the Daily Planet, serving as a therapist. As for the real Lois, the evil Arianna later captures her, and attempts to kill Superman with a kryptonite-laced bullet. After shooting Superman, Arianna and the Lois clone get away, but Superman (sans kryptonite bullet) apprehends both villains, and they are arrested.
