Kim Schortz (Dena Ashbaugh) is a villainess from Supernatural's ninth season opener, "I Think I'm Gonna Like It Here" (airdate October 8, 2013). She is a grief counselor at Linwood Memorial Hospital, which had Sam Winchester as a patient following the events of the eighth season finale.

Kim appeared to Dean in Sam's hospital room, introducing herself as the grief counselor. This was after Dean sent a prayer to any angel listening, and while he stated that her services weren't needed, Kim stated that it would be a good time to talk about Sam's eventual passing. Dean responded by stating that there's always a way to save Sam, and later left a seemingly bewildered Kim when he realized that he had Crowley locked in the back of the trunk.

Later in the episode, Dean encountered Kim once again while a group of fallen angels (from Season Eight's finale) were heading towards the hospital. Kim was helped up by Dean, who later encountered one of the angels--who was hunting for Castiel due to many angels blaming him for their fall. Dean was armed with an angel blade and protected Kim from the oncoming angel, but shortly afterwards, Kim turned heel and disarmed Dean before attacking him, revealing herself as an angel looking for Castiel. The villainess and her cohort assaulted Dean and demanded Castiel's whereabouts, only for Dean to defiantly refuse.

Dean's defiance was responded by Kim threatening to torture Sam while forcing him to watch, with the male angel using an axe to break through the warded door of Sam's room. Dean later stated that he would give up Castiel, only to instead banish the villainous angels with an angel banishing sigil. With Heaven locked due to the angels' fall, it was never revealed where the evil Kim and her cohort were sent.
