Lady Deathstrike (Kelly Hu) was provided by William Stryker, like Wolverine, with adamantium claws. They did not grow her but from the back of the hand, but from the fingernails. They also had strong regenerative powers. Their skills, wickedness and their brilliant martial arts made them the perfect weapon. She had access to Stryker's secret plans and documents and could deter by their presence, the collapse in the office Mystique of further research on Stryker's plans.
