Melody Monroe, aka Magdalena (Fiona Vroom), is a villainess from the 2016 Hallmark film, Garage Sale Mystery: The Novel Murders, the sixth film of the Garage Sale Mystery series (airdate June 4, 2016). She is a con artist who has been previously arrested in two states for her crimes, which has included scamming senior citizens.

Melody committed her crimes posing as a psychic named Magdalena (Maggie for short), and in the film, she had found another elderly victim in the form of Carla. The villainess scammed Carla by pretending that she was speaking to her deceased husband, and while she was using Carla, she approached Dani (the secondary protagonist to Jennifer Shannon) while she and Jennifer were at a garage sale. Melody charmed Dani into allowing her to perform readings for her, with Melody's price raising with each visit.

Jennifer was skeptical of Melody from the start, but her skepticism became suspicion after Dani revealed how much she was spending on the readings, with the highest price being $500. Dani herself became suspicious after she and Jennifer talked to Carla, and that led to a plan to confirm their gut feeling. Dani visited Melody and asked her to contact her (nonexistant) deceased uncle Eric, Melody performs the reading, which confirmed their suspicions. In the film's climax, the evil Melody appeared at a bank with Carla, while posing as Carla's relative in a plan to get her finances. Unbeknownst to the con artist, it was Dani's plan to catch her, as she sent a recording of Melody/Maggie's voice to Laura, who works with the Department of Social Services. After Laura's appearance, Melody faced accusations of elder fraud; after which she left in a rush, while acting outraged. Though Melody/Maggie was revealed as a scam artist, her fate was never revealed afterwards.
