The evil Scorpion
Scorpion (スコーピオン') is the main antagonist of the seventh episode of the 1994 action adventure OVA "New Cutey Honey" (aka. "Shin Cutie Honey" / 新・キューティーハニー). She is voiced by Rihoko Yoshida in the original and Shinobu Adachi in the English dub.
History
Scorpion is the leader of a criminal group called the "Thug Hunters". When Akira (a cameo from Nagai's "Devilman") and later, Daiko, end up missing, Honey Kisaragi and company head to "Con Island" to investigate. There, they learn that gang members have been captured and taken there and pitted against each other in a fight to the death, with the survivors being "rewarded" with a chance to serve under Scorpion.
While the villainess and Cutie Honey are fighting, Akira takes the opportunity to rig the island to explode. Outraged, using powers given to her by Panther Zora, Scorpion transforms into a monster, but is quickly killed almost immediately after via a combination of the heroine's blade and the explosion.

- Rihoko Yoshida also lent her voice to the evil Eiko Ashiya from Case Closed.
