A commando of retired US SEALs must invade an island in North Japan from where a rogue ex-SEAL menaces to launch a nuclear strike against the US. Because of a leak of natural gas, fighting is restricted to blade weapons. Sophia is the villain's girlfriend and henchwoman.
After many rousing kung-fu fights, Sophia squares off against Asian heroine Kamiko (Karen Kim) in a very athletic sword fight ending when the villainess is stabbed to death between her breasts.
In a beautifully executed move, the heroine plants her sword directly into the blonde villainess's heart!
The evil blonde suffers and dies from her agonizing wound
