The Jewel Princess (宝石姫) is the main antagonist of the second episode of the 1994 action adventure OVA "New Cutey Honey" (aka. "Shin Cutie Honey" / 新・キューティーハニー). Naoko Matsui in the original and Carol Matthews in the English dub.
History
Disguised as the owner of a local jewelry shop, The Jewel Princess is actually a criminal who kidnaps beautiful young women and kills them by preserving them in liquid plastic. She tries to do the same to Kisaragi Honey after invading the heroine's new home, but fails.
After being approached by Dolmeck's minions, she gains the help of a villain called Virtual Hacker. However, even this alliance is not enough to take the titular hero down. Like Deathstar before her, the villainess even uses a capsule to trasform herself into a feline-like monster, but it is not enough. Honey encases her in liquid plastic herself and then performs her Silver Floret attack. The Jewel Princess is finally killed when a dying Virtual Hacker - not wanting to perish alone - commits an explosive suicide which takes her (involuntarily) with him.
