The villainous Marcia Worthman
Marcia Worthman (Sarayu Blue) is a minor recurring villainess from the first season of ABC's The Real O'Neals. She was the snobbish and gossipy neighbor of the titular O'Neal family, and the longtime rival of Eileen O'Neal. In the pilot episode of the series, when Eileen's closeted son Kenny broke the toilet trying to flush condoms while on a date with his girlfriend Mimi Waxberg, she began spreading a rumor that she and Kenny had had sex. She was also present for when all the O'Neals' secrets were revealed, primarily Kenny coming out of the closet and Eileen revealing that she and her husband Pat were getting a divorce, later condescendingly sympathizing with Eileen and sending her ham-based foods (which was mean to serve as an insult to Eileen).
In episode 1.08, "The Real Book Club", Eileen held her first book club meeting after her family's fall from grace, during which Marcia continued to subtly insult Eileen. Finally fed up, though, Eileen openly admitted to her family not being the perfect Catholic family she had tried to make them appear to be, earning the respect and approval of everyone except Marcia, who eventually stormed out after the other club members began venting about their own problems. But later on, Marcia and Eileen met at the salad restaurant ran by Marcia's sister (which Eileen mentioned wasn't doing well), where the women agreed to start a new book club where they would discreetly treat each other with respect--while still publicly hating each other because it was "their thing".
